    Career and Background

    Moses began his professional career as a management consultant in 2008 during the financial crisis following the collapse of Lehman Brothers. His early years were marked by extensive international assignments, traveling to Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa to work on cost-efficiency programs for a global telecommunications OEM.

    In 2009, Moses was hired as a consultant to the board of Robust AB, a newly acquired manufacturing company comprising three separate operations. His involvement deepened when he was appointed CEO of one of the operations in April 2010, followed by leading the entire Robust Group in 2011.

    Turnaround Expertise

    As CEO of Robust, Moses developed expertise in lean management and successfully led the group’s turnaround. The operational improvements were followed by a profitable exit that laid the foundation for future investments. The group, now operating under the name Applied Industries Holding (formerly Robust AB), holds majority and minority stakes in several companies within the Applied Value Group.

    Since then, Moses has continued to specialize in the entire value chain, from acquisition through operational improvement to successful divestment. Both Söderfors Steel and Bake My Day exemplify this proven business model.

    Moses Isik’s Education

    Moses Isik holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University. This combination of technical knowledge and economic expertise forms the foundation of his successful leadership in the manufacturing industry.

    In his roles as Chairman of the Board at Söderfors Steel and CEO of Bake My Day, Moses Isik continues to apply his hands-on approach and operational expertise. Under his leadership, Bake My Day has grown into one of Sweden’s leading bakeries by uniting 15 smaller bakeries and preserving the best recipes from each.
